The coach / security guard was a real person who actually died (was coach of someone on TD). Real people died, so it is not a white hat operation no matter what. Shooter was reported to FBI. That's the major issue here. Was that knowledge used by black hats with access to FBI info to groom the shooter, assist the shooter, frame the shooter? We know for a fact that FBI didn't stop the shooting from happening, so these are valid questions… Do black hats within IC use FBI reports to identify and groom FF operators?
