Anons, please help if you know anything about this

when i turned on my mac, it out of the blue made me select my computer language and then forced me to disable my filevault.

now when i go to System Preferences Systems and Securty> and Filevault tab, it says DECRYPTING - 2 HOURS REMAINING.

file vault encrypts all my files, is someone trying to gain access to my computer remotely?

Please Help if you can.
