Very simple. By the time Thursday rolls around, whatever uncounted votes remain will be lost in the chaos of the storm. Vote count will be locked in at whatever the count was…which will be in favor of the democrats. I can see this coming from a mile away, or 1000 miles. The storm is lined up with south Florida and the timing is a Thursday landfall.
