> 1. -Election + D party officials filled out many thousands of blank ballots?
Also falls under question 4.

>we knew then, we know now…
> #4 Mary Hall who works for Broward County Supervisor of Elections was directly seen by the sworn affidavit "'Smith"' who then terminated her employment. (altering vote totals)
>Who safeguards 'blank' ballots?
>Who issues 'blank' ballots?
> Who controls 'blank ballots?
Protecting the security of paper ballots is also a component of providing physical security.
Elections are usually administered at the county level, though in some New England and Midwestern states it falls to cities or townships to run elections. In all, this means that there are more than 10,000 election administration jurisdictions in the U.S.
At the local level, elections can be run by a single individual, a board or commission of elections, or a combination of two or more entities
>How many 'blank' ballots are generated vs. total county pop?
>THE CONTROL AND ISSUANCE OF BLANK BALLOTS IS KEY.

U.S. Has 3.5 Million More Registered Voters Than Live Adults — A Red Flag For Electoral Fraud..

What happens when you cross-reference? Where do inflated numbers come from? THE "'CENSUS"'
If you claim to have a certain amount of people in your 'jurisdiction' then would you receive the amount of ballots you request?
>Why did the same counties [under dispute today] REFUSE to turn over voter registration information upon request to the Voter Fraud Commission?
Would you get your ghost ballots? How difficult would it be to prove that your "NEW" ballots are indeed legit. What is the only option? Stall tactic? DELAY/PROJECT?
>Why was the Voter Fraud Commission disbanded and turned over to DHS?
"DHS knows the identity of everyone who has green cards" and temporary visas, Kobach told NPR in an interview Thursday evening. "You can take those names and dates of births and run those against a state's voter rolls and see which of those people are actually registered to vote in a state. And then once you know that, you can look deeper and see if any of those individuals actually voted. That's never been done before and that's immensely valuable." -Post from US News

Would that show their ghost voters are actually unable to 'legally' vote?
>What vested auth does DHS have compared to a commission body?
From same US News article..
DHS can now continue behind closed doors, exempt from open meetings and public-records laws. A commissioned body is subjected to public records where DHS would not be..
After this I feel #'s 1-4 have their answers respectively..
