You can’t issue pardons before conviction of a crime.
They’d be set aside. That would be a good thing.

Just because a ‘pre-crime blanket’ pardon happened doesn’t mean it’s constitutional or couldn’t be set aside. It only means some sucker committed crimes thinking they’d get away with it,
In Obama’s case, he’s ineligible to be POTUS, so the pardons are air.
