Yes, regarding the LV connections with the T.O. shootings, one of the unfortunate victims of the T.O. shootings, was a survivor of the L.V. shootings. There were about six cops inside Borderline, but they weren't allowed to carry their sidearm, while out drinking. Bad move, in that situation.
