MW (Matt Whitaker) has been Sessions Chief of Staff for 13 months, during which time SESSIONS has NOT been involved in the Mueller probe. If Sessions recused himself, the MW would, in essense, have been recused, too. So, what was Seesions spending his time on? And on what was MW spending time? This is just a guess at what the drop means.
MW is going to release a lot of document for PUBLIC VIEWING.

Sessions may have been the placeholder. He intentionally recused himself from Mueller probe to focus on leaks, and delassifications etc…. all the stuff Huber and Horowitz are working on…nothiing todo with Mueller’s probe.
MW, as his chief of Staff would know everything that Sessions know. MW will come in and do the dirty work, just like Scaramuchi, and then leave. In this case though, the dirty work is releasing all the sensitive documents that RR has supposedly been begging not to release.
