This is disinformation. This photo came from a video that we saw last night on Twatter from @SpaceCorpsUS. These space vehicles were witnessed by many people, but the location wasn't given. Started as what looked like one vehicle, then there were 2, 3 and finally 4.
The location wasn't given, but you can see people holding skiis.
They aren't blinking lights - they are space vehicles. We have a space force. See
