Myself and my parents have been Palm Beach county voters (rep) for decades and we always vote absentee. This year my dad got duplicate ballots, as in the numbers and maybe the barcode is the same (not an expert about the bar code but verified the numbers) They did have different dates on the postage stamp. He would never even think to try and take advantage of something like this. He turned in one and he kept the other just hoping it was an abnormality and Palm Beach county wouldn't end up in the news… again. Just in case, I took videos of both ballots side by side.

Has anyone heard of this happening to anyone else?
