? So there is a synthetic game for theorists; beat the clock to a thesis release date. Nobody who was in on any secret science should go without public reprimand at the very least. I think in a few years, given the intelligence community continues to titrate slowly, it will become obvious who knew what and there will be a push to further reveal just what was known by whom and when. There is no way the 'image of these secret modes of research' will not be obvious in a retrospective and theoretically smart appraisal. I think scientists are 'stupid enough' to have been tricked in many instances, but 'not stupid enough' for this scenario to not occur.
