Recognizing a problem and reaching out for help is a huge step in and of itself. You can probably do it (or at least make a lot of progress) on your own though.

 

When you feel the pattern of behavior coming on, try and divert to something else. You will yo-yo between the two, but you've already done what I think a lot of people consider to be the hardest part. Stay strong man, you're in control.
