>haha exactly. Just start small. Tonight just delay it one time. Build up your confidence in being able to say no to it for a little bit and build up your independence for it. I dont know your drinking habits but I usedto have to open a beer as soon as I got home. The first thing I did was just wait 15 minutes after I got from opening a beer. Now im at the point I only drink beer on the weekends.

 

I met a guy who gets migraines when he drinks. I said it would be good for me to have some similar compelling reason. Otherwise there's no reason for me not to drink a sixpack a night.

I asked God for a reason. I now sleep fitfully, wake feeling bad, and get headaches if I have even two drinks. I'm rapidly converging to not drinking at all.
