It means Horowitz's FISA report is about to hit. It was in the final review stages in mid October, that means nothing new is added but the report is shared with the DOJ and those named in the findings (so they can add rebuttals).

The OIG FISA report will be devastating to many in the media and on the Hill. The only question is which comes first, the Declass or the FISA report. I expect both to come within days of one another, regardless of the order.

Big difference between the MYE OIG report and the FISA report: when the investigation was done.

The MYE was focused solely on the HRC email investigation and the bias that went into it. From that report we got the Strzok/Page texts which showed major bias and an "insurance plan". Those had no bearing on the MYE - the subject of the report - but had major impact on the FISA/Crossfire Hurricane investigations.

The OIG FISA report was compiled WHILE the abuse was happening. DOJ had the leak hunter unit (lead by Whitaker who wrote the Wolfe indictment) happening while Horowitz was working on FISA.

In other words, the MYE was the table setter report (and it still sunk McCabe) that was written and investigated well after the crimes took place. The FISA report was conducted WHILE the operation was ongoing and while the counterintelligence op was running - and it went on unnoticed by most people for almost a year before it was made public.

A lot of people were caught red handed in the FISA abuse. The impact of these reports will be night and day.
