Facebook is fine for me. I have 2 accounts I use from PC and I also have the mobile app. All are working for me (never failed that I can tell). West coast.
ISPanon here, I have access to view traffic levels specifically from FB to our ISP (which is a major domestic well-recognized brand), and I can confirm that FB traffic has taken a major traffic hit in most major cities (though not those on the west coast)
