Hope, hope is so hard to avoid and we are taught all our lives that hope is good, often the last good thing we have. Hope is actually really really bad. Think it through so that makes perfect sense. It is provable to yourself if you just can rationalize with logic why it is bad and give it up. Life improves that is what you can learn with that experiment Learn for yourself.
Knowing that and learning that, and you know it as a truth, but you still Hope, and come back to hope, it is so seductive
