Have only just started crunching/comparing numbers looking for anomalies in Michigan voting and Kent County is looking odd.

(I know this isn't perfect comparing a presidential election to a midterm, but there should be certain trends upheld)

2016 election

148180 Republican

138683 Democrat

21321 Other

2018 election

129549 Republican

140855 Democrat

8608 Other

From 2016 to 2018, Republicans lost 20k votes, Dems increased 2k votes and Other lost 12k. The ratios are spoopy for only 29172 fewer votes overall between elections. Also, monitoring Politico on election night, Kent County went red. When did it change?
