I was hung up on that also until I thought about the Conspiracy laws. If a conspiracy continues, it tolls the statute of limitations. An on going conspiracy is what we are looking at. The Foreign interference is UK and AUS to stop Trump. Now the same people stateside are continuing the original plan. The Dems pushed impeach 45 if we get back the house

But because the conspiracy continued, the statute of limitations begins once the FISA is revealed to the public and those effected by the fraud can file a suit.Does that fully answer your question?
