I think youre missing the point about the Election EO if you are arguing whether Foriegn covers illegals.
The whole point of the EO was to put DHS and other Fed Agencies in charge of monitoring and indicting vote fraud, a power they did not have before the EO
It is already a crime for US Citizens to interfere.
It was about DHS being put in place to catch them.
