MK Ultra was the CIA umbrella project that developed modern FASTER versions of the system known as Satanic Ritual Abuse. I think the bloodlines still use SRA for their own bloodline members because it is traditional and they don't need speed.
The system developed in MK Ultra was named Monarch and is used for civilian slaves. The MK Ultra, unnamed stuff is still used for assassins and super soldiers. Younger, more innovative Psyops programmers have developped the Monarch system further into Orion. For instance in Monarch, there are amnesia walls between all personas. When a persona is not in control it is parked in a fantasy world based on a storyline like Wizard of Oz, Snow White, Alice in Wonderland. These storylines have even been updated by making new movies with new components and story arcs in them, specifically for use in mind slave programming. One of the new characteristic of Monarch is that the fact of shattering and mind slavery is revealed to the victim at some point, and their main alters/personas are aware of their mental structure as multiple personalities. Some of the personas are even allowed to witness what happens to the active persona, when they are parked. But they cannot interfere or act in any way. And there are still secret alters used for most of the beta sex kitten personas which do disgusting things, or the ones involved in rituals. And the programmers do not let the slave know how they actually were shattered; that stays behind strong amnesia walls because it involves kidnap, physical torture, mental torture and near-death experiences and is highly illegal.
