Q Drop 2467: One Anon’s Theory About the Fires, DEW & Agenda 21/2030

In Q Drop 2467, Q showed DJT’s tweet chastising the state of CA for failing to take conventional measures to prevent wildfires from spreading. He says there’s “no reason” for these fires, that they could be stopped with better preventive maintenance.

Anons responded to this Drop by trying to answer the questions. Here are some key stats:

  • Cali has received more Federal emergency help than any other state, mostly due to fires [1]

  • Since 2005, it has received $6.3 billion in FEMA grants, as of 2/17/17; this would be higher now [1]

  • The current CA debt is $476.5 billion (far more than the next highest, NY, at $388 billion) [2]

Conclusion: CA is deeply, deeply in debt. But Federal emergency funds help staunch the bleeding, for now. This gives CA officials a strong incentive to find some way to procure more Federal funds. Thus, Q is pointing us to the conclusion that CA’s lax policy on fire prevention may be deliberate.

HOWEVER…..

I think Q may be using this drop to lead us somewhere. Although Q points to conventional means of preventing fires, I think that Q team is aware that fires can be caused by unconventional means, as well, based upon new technologies such as DEW (directed energy weapons), weather weaponization (by HAARP or other technologies), and chem trails (which some say coat forests in aluminum oxide, causing fires to burn very hot).

Q did NOT direct anons to investigate such possibilities. But once a dig is started, it turns up all kinds of stuff. In the last TWO DAYS, there has been more and more discussions at QResearch, as anons study the pictures released on the fire and dig into how DEW and other potentially fire-causing technologies have been developed by both the public and private sectors [3].

MY IDEA:

Q pointed us to conventional causes of forest/brush fires because it might be imprudent to suggest that these fires are caused by anything other than human negligence and ordinary conditions (i.e., Santa Ana winds combined with flammable brush such as greasewood). Q team would instantly be accused of making false accusations grounded in the rhetoric of what the MSM calls “conspiracy theory.” And indeed at this point there is no direct evidence we can currently cite to prove that these fires were deliberately set or to determine who set them and for what purpose.

However, one result of this dig has been the turning up of a considerable amount of information on new technologies that can potentially be used for the purpose of setting fires in a highly-targeting specific fashion. Another result is the beginning of a discussion on land use, zoning, and the UN effort to clear rural land of human habitation known as Agenda 21/2030.

Fires are an extremely effective means of effecting the goals of Agenda 21 because they wipe out existing communities (which cannot be rebuilt because they violate sustainability goals) and force inhabitants into much smaller, more compacted “sustainable communities,” whether they like it or not. This is what is currently happening in Santa Rosa, where local inhabitants have been battling ICLEI in court for years. But the last two years of fires have devastated that community. What could not be accomplished in 10 years of court battles was easily accomplished by raging fires that wiped out Santa Rosa neighborhoods trying to preserve their property rights [4], [5].

Most “normies” are not aware of either DEW or Agenda 21. But they need to be. I think one big by-product of our work on these two Drops is an improved collective awareness of these issues, although these is currently no consensus about whether there is any direct connection between these terrible fires and the technologies and policies under discussion.

That discussion is not just on the chans; it’s spreading to other info channels, such as Sean at SGTReport There’s a discussion of the idea that the fires are not “normal,” DEW, blue laser lights appearing, multiple fires simultaneously starting, an interview with Deborah Tavares, a PG&E email discussion of “space weather”, the Agenda 21 Plan to re-wild CA, the Rothschild plan—on their website—to “restructure North America” [5; SEE EMBEDDED VIDEO].

I think we were meant to “stumble into” this particular rabbit hole, so that we would begin to understand some of the mechanisms by which the DS can potentially maintain control over large populations. Whether or not this is happening with the Cali fires is unknown. But it sure looks like it is a possibility—if not now, then in the near future. The more you know…….

SAUCE for >>3876575:

[1] “The rate of disaster declarations has grown significantly over the years. California, which averaged well under two federal declarations a year from 1953 through 1999, has had 182 since 2000, the most of any state. Almost all of them – 168 – involved fires, including the deadly wildfires in Southern California in 2003 and 2007, the Angora Fire in 2007 near South Lake Tahoe, and the Rim Fire near Yosemite in 2013, the third-largest wildfire in California history….since 2005, California has received $6.3 billion in FEMA grants [in emergency assistance].”

No point in name calling, we are what we are.

It's your choice, just yours, as to stay or go. You say you are losing faith. Dont' rely on faith. Develop trust. Contemplate the difference.

Begging Q for validation won't help in the long run. It's not about Q, it's about us–about us developing the kind of groundedness & maturity that allows us to persevere in the face of delays and disappointments.

Interesting responses you received about the lining up of the proposed railroad track and the fires. I haven't had a chance to read it so I can't comment, but see my post, which will also be controversial, on a similar topic.

Facts are great, but theories are also of interest. Many interesting theories cannot immediately be proven but can be a jumping off place for discussions–especially on topics involving newly emergent ideas and technologies that are still under wraps.

See what you think of my theory.

I think it's worth discussing.

But I am told that, no matter where our material winds up–whether in notables or not–it gets analyzed by those who watch.

But any group who embraces the idea that we are ruled by people into SRA/MKU perhaps could be more open to other unusual ideas.

Remember the "vastness of the cosmos."

Ok, I did have a chance to take a look at the lining up of the railroad lines and the fires.

I do not understand why other anons think it's unsauced–and if you look at my post, you will see that I value saucing.

One look at the map is pretty revealing, even without discussion. I beg you to keep it, not to discard.

Please tell me why you feel so strongly about removing this post. I just screen shotted it in case it gets removed. Highly useful info for anyone researching the Cqli fires.
