No anon, I agree with you that it's most likely that Whittaker is the placeholder in some cases. In these posts I think it's also likely that it's literal - the placeholder is the post itself, and Q is outlining the documents for "future proves past." I will add that to my post next bread as I totally spaced and forgot.
