Now they're accusing POTUS of gerrymandering, even though he's only been president for under 2 years? These morons don't know that the districts are set by the state based on the census…

How the fuck is everybody so damned stupid if we've been spending billions "educating" them? I know the answer, Marxist indoctrination and fee-fees over facts, it's just frustrating sometimes!

Well, they did have about 18 months to set this all up. I think Sessions did his job, and did it well. Now let's hope the follow through knocks it out of the park!

I think that whole BS about DHS Secretary getting the boot is just more nonsense made up by the DS to try to cause chaos in Trump's cabinet. I don't think Kelly would have recommended her for the job if Neilson couldn't cut it. Just my two cents, but notice how all the predictions about who's leaving are always wrong, and they never see the real ones coming?

Yeah, I've seen it firsthand. I studied some NLP before I went back to college, and found some of my profs used that kind of stuff a lot. It was community college, so some of them were just winging it, but you could tell that some of them were well versed in that kind of programming.

It's also why you should be careful around children, as they're always in a receptive state, and don't have a filter to discern with.

Not what I'm saying, just be aware that most of our personality is derived from our experiences before 6 YO, and kids take in all experience until then.

Thanks for this, I was asking about this very thing a couple breads back. Glad to know my hunch was correct, no hammer until after the votes are certified.

https://www.justice.gov/usao-nh/pr/federal-election-fraud-fact-sheet

Federal criminal jurisdiction over the activities described below can generally be obtained when those activities take place:

In elections where a federal candidate’s name is on the ballot.

In any election (federal or nonfederal), when the fraud involves the necessary participation of an election official acting “under color of law.”

In connection with voter registration. The fact that voter registration is “unitary” in all 50 States (a citizen registers once to become eligible to vote for both federal and nonfederal candidates) confers federal jurisdiction regardless of the type of election.

In connection with the misuse, or unauthorized trespass, involving a computer system used in connection with an election, to the extent that the misuse or trespass is conducted “under color of law.”
