I think it's possible paid criminals start these fires.

It's also possible that a lot of research went into burning California, by not doing the things like clearing around housing, cutting trees, controlled burn it's made it much easier to get agenda 21 type activities going. I am sure we'll see much of the corruption exposed down the road.
