Did I understand this MK ultra theory I saw upboard? There is an implant in the brain (or maybe it's a natural feature in the brain) which it was discovered (maybe by the Nazis or others) that if manipulated by radio waves, causes the victim to go apeshit and shoot kids etc? And did I understand it correctly that the Saudi /badguys until recently had this tech - only the /goodguys in Saudi have it now??

So this is the theory that out there lies a radio frequency which when triggered, causes all these false flags?
