I was sitting here with a friend who's sister lives in Topanga Ca east of Malibu., she had already been evacuated. We were watching the video and decided to send her the link. She replied that the video was unavailable. I reloaded the page and it worked fine. Then we both tried on our phones from NY, and the video was gone. Video was available online for hours after it was removed from mobile. Last night was the outages in the pics. Could they have been trying to fix something with the ability to remove the videos in these areas, or block the content from being linked in the first place? Could the outage areas be targeted areas? This outage definitely corresponds with high dem turnout in 2016.
