What this will do to an individual is kill them spiritually. The body will be animated and you will be able to interact with the individual and you wouldn't even suspect that anything is wrong, but try and get a measure of their Spirit (that which actually inhabits the body) and there will be no read. Basically the person is spiritually dead.
