I believe I need to explain this again since anons are looking at outdated material. Trust me on this one.

TOE - requirements document that is is used to build a units force structure. Base = minimal war fighting personnel and equipment required to be combat ready. Objective = the most modernized equipment a unit CAN have. Ex: Base Hmvee everyone gets can go to Objective Hmvee that is up armored with specialized equipment. EVERY system in a TOE has a base and objective. What gets put in an actual unit for a fiscal year (done 2 years in advance) is through an MTOE.

MTOE: built from an TOE, what a unit is authorized to have on hand is done in an MTOE (modified TOE) Built using command plan guidance for a fiscal year. Some units are authorized different equipment (base and objective) while some are just base (Army band) or fully objective (ODAs and Ranger Regiment BNs)

SRC 32536AA00: Only the Army uses this style and this level detail for its units on paper. Everything is tied together down to a soldiers weapon/mask/bayonet. THAT said: This is a teaching TOE number to explain what each position means. Its dated 1995 for a reason. A series TOEs were used as a potential template for experimental units on paper. The 32 designation no longer exists only existed as a place holder. MI is 30 and SF is 31. Old TOEs were H series and then G series and finally R series. R series were created to document modular units that are now all aligned in a BCT format - meaning infantry, armor, aviation, ect… are set up to work together with pieces of each forming a whole in Theater.

Picture is from an even older system and is from an Augmented TDA. The number highlighted just an individuals assigned kit. (Mask weapon bayonet) The 5 digit code is a LIN (line item number) and every piece of equipment has one.

However, like I mentioned a few breads back: the unit Q references are legit, but are not detailed in a TOE since certain equipment cannot be visible to people who can see it. (Lots) This is circumvented by use of a TDA or especially an AUGTDA, which augments and units MTOE. In this manner, everything from contractors, plain looking equipment, positions from other branches can be added without it looking out of the ordinary. Hence me not mentioning a given task force or any of those related to it. I think this was a subtle clue from Q to point out who MAY be doing things without directly saying it. And trust me, there are plenty of others who will never exist on paper at all.

Hope this helps, keep up the outstanding work anons and God's love to each of you.
