Doesn't that violate HIPPA laws for that info to be public? Serious question, not tryin to glow. How would we go about finding that info?

Thanks. That is what I was questioning, does HIPPA cover just the info/diagnosis/meds etc, or does it cover being a patient of that Dr as well, and can all be used as evidence in court.
