it was pretty common in colombia. it's made in the form of a powder, when the victim is near it, he/she loses all will. they can make them do anything and will look normal for others. Robbers use it to take the victim to the ATM and empty their bank accounts or go to their places and take all values out.
This drug does exist and was created by scientists. What could a government agency with A LOT of funding create? something worse for sure.
