Let me finish that thought actually. Phones make people inherently depressed, likely a wave coming form the phone messes with us on a mental level plus add in how social media is designed to make us depressed (admitted by a former facebook CEO, can't recall the name). Add those things up over a period of time and you have a mess waiting to get a drugged into wonderland.

"Problem" is my guess is the drug for some people makes them more open open to messages or thoughts that are being implanted into them though their phones either by microwaves coming off the phone itself or through sublime messages. Like an amplifying affect while making the taker more "happy"? The drug could be messing with just how people are normally wired also making them perfect agents to carry out horrible acts. They will be flying as high as kite and might not even fully grasp just what they have done till someone hauls their ass in a room, shows them everything. And asks little criss "You don't even know why you have an eagle's shirt on, do you?"

I have heard of tales though of people claiming they are being contacted through their very own thoughts to do horrible things from people who were otherwise normal. From what I understand someone hears someone talking inside their brain and this other person is usually in what sounds like an office with other people. Always tell them to do horrible acts, shoot up this, blow up that, kill this guy. Let's call this the demon wave since it sounds eerily familiar to how demons are said to contact humans. If the government/cia was using your phones as short relay to talk directly to people on a mental level then you would not wan't to disclose that, ever. People would loose complete trust of the government and likely also set commoner's back at least 10 years ago technologically speaking.

Best way to end such a program would be to cut those strings that allow you to do that on all means you can do it and knowing trump he has forced the CIA to give up their toys. The problem to this however is we live in a globalized world and other nations make and sell products in your nation's markets. The CIA/secret societies has likely looked to china to keep their program going and have done so with their own twist. thus we have the FBI's warning yesterday and the school shooting.

No facts guys, I'm not even sure if hard proof exists yet, out there but their might be some cases of people who claim hearing people, and I know chipped mice can be controlled, how much harder would it be to do that though radio frequencies? Also understand what MSM covers can be at times at least 50 year old technology just now being announced to the public.
