Is it a specific drug they are prescribed by their doctor? Is it a chemical mixed with a pre-existing,commonly-prescribed psychoactive?
I remember reading a long time ago that RIM initially did not want to create an app store, but instead wanted a more "open" system for getting apps. Deep State et al would have more control over app stores.
