The way I'm reading this is that Lisa Page used this specific phrase with viva instead of vive. And that she was perhaps quoting someone more senior–apparently VERY senior, and her use of this peculiar spelling/phrasing will then perhaps tie what she and Comey were doing to "resist" to that more senior party.
Is the whole phrase, "Viva Le Resistance" a correct phrase in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Italian? Or is the last part only in French. I am assuming the languages are mixed. Viva Las Vegas-style.
