If he is a REAL FInance guy, he would
know that the Iran Deal requires
commercial transactions that involve the transfer of MONEY.
The SANCTIONS have stopped the transfer of MONEY because the SWIFT system which is
used GLOBALLY to transfer MONEY has to OBEY the Global SANCTIONS LAW and
hence SWIFT will not allow MONEY TRANSFERS between Europe and IRAN.
End of Story.
If people want to trade with Iran in defiance of the SANCTIONS, THEY HAVE TO PHYSICALLY SEND / RECEIVE CASH
( as Obama did ! ) Very VISIBLE and Not a secure OR practical proposition.
