Konstantin Meyl is a very good source because he proves the existance of scalarwaves. But most of his stuff is in German.
The problem with scalar waves is that they dont exist based on main stream science. MSS require to set this part of the Maxwell Equations literally to zero, although it has a mathematical solution. The mathematical solution leads to the scalar waves. But not allowed in science to calculate it because scalar waves doent exist, hence this part of the Maxwell Equations needs to be set to zero. Understand the problem?
Dont focus on CPU to find scalar technology. Focus on transmittion.
Would cell phones with no real antenna anymore work without a scalar component? Can a cell phone work inside an elevator without scalar component (faraday's law)?

The secret is much bigger. If you are not a tech guy, probably look into the history why/how/who finally decided that scalar waves dont exist.
