Election fraud hasn't happened yet. Any action for fraud is premature Until the results are certified. Here are the dates for each State. I believe Florida and Ga are being stalled because a sting operation took place and they are trying to figure out how to gracefully get out of it. Nelson filed a lawsuit addressing some type of anomaly on some ballots that the machines will not tabulate

not until the fraud has happened. There is only voter fraud right now. That gets charges against the individual voter not the party or candidate. The fraud has to be successful for a court to intervene and take action.
