Therapy is the normal cover for programming of Mind Control slaves, even the ones programmed via Monarch techniques such as the A-list singers, actors and sports stars. They go to rehab or some kind of clinic to get reprogrammed.
The programming is not a perfect process. It can wear off and require reinforcement periodically.
The people who do the programming are mostly working as psychologists or psychiatrists in the real world so some kind of remote therapy clinic is an ideal location to do the work.
