Thinking out loud:

  1. An Argentinian sub goes missing.

  2. Q mentions the "Hunt for Red October", but now calls it just "Red October", inferring that the "Hunt" is over.

  1. The painting behind Bill Clinton / Kim Jong Un shows a giant wave destroying a city.

  2. The US has tested a tsunami bomb back in 2013.

  1. There recently have been news articles stating that Russia has a tsunami bomb that could threaten the east coast of the US.

This is a crazy theory, but what if the missing Argentinian sub is used to park a tsunami bomb off the east coast so that Russia could be blamed for a direct attack on the US? If this sounds far-fetched, please don't waste any time on it. I don't want to derail the work going on now.

Roger that. Could it be possible that the ARA San Juan could be parked in New York Harbor, then unleash a tsunami bomb on NY? Could 7 SEP 1776 (first submarine attack in history) also infer that this could be the first weaponized flooding?

Once again, if this is going down a dead end, then let's skip it.
