We are all confused to some degree
to run and hide, or fight or flee
told up is down and right is left
to pray to god and practice theft
yet in our minds it all begins
desires for forbidden sins
the beauty there between your ears
surrounded by a world of fears
be microscope near or 40k high
demons lurk behind the eye
as dank is dark, so Brilliant light
Spirits gather to blend or fight
shudder swift your soul within
knowing brings a shift begin
take your cue to grow the spark
message for the world to hark
balance lost for eons now
be worth a mint or worth a cow
poles drawn clear since times untold
breaking free or keeping hold
back and forth the balance sways
off kilter from unstable days
steady now and keep your wits
seen those teeter totter fits
rage that blinds brings grave effect
as demon within it may detect
sorrow in mind as justice is delt
some fail with the pains we all have once felt
children of spirit are they as are we
steered wrong on the path at "live and let be"
