Each state should have something like a dorm or apartment building in WashingtonDc. The rooms or apartments should be provided free of charge to Congress People that are elected from the state. This would help them with maintaining their home in state and the residence while serving the state in Washington DC. It also means they need to get less support from lobbyists while serving this nation. Each state should have something like an Embassy in Washington DC.
