Separate company I think, Anon. The one to dig is Capstone Fire and Safety Management. ParadiseAnon said they were working there a couple of weeks BEFORE the fire. What I've dug is part of their service offering is Utility pole fire suppression and prevention treatment. Makes sense if PG&E's electrical system started fire, so would they be there working to eradicate a fire in case PGE&E testing didn't go well? Why weeks ahead of time and why in an area with significant fuel?
