Q is not likely to be 1 person, but several.
In the military, this type of writing is used, so that no conclusions about the author is possible
Based on the writing style, it is possible to draw conclusions about education, age, gender, etc.
So if you think of Q, think of a group. Not to a person. It's bigger than we all think :)
