Ugh, are you talking about a hot DEW, like a laser, or a cold dew, like the ones used at the Manhattan event on 9/11?

 

Remember, DEW's on 9/11 didn't create fires. The DEW was used to turn steel into fine powdered, continually decaying, dust.

 

If you want a fire.. just light a match at the right place, at the right time. A DEW is overkill.

They tried the DEW-cover the last time there was a huge fire in cali too. I don't understand how they think the cover can work.
