Well, if you go to the twitter account and read from the top, you'll find that the guy has videos disavowing Q and followers, calling them antisemitic, among other things.
To post the video with no context itself is weird. Something like that deserves at least a cursory explanation (e.g., "I found this [here], not sure exactly what it is but it was filmed by [x] in [x]…")
