I haven't seen this posted anywhere, so I am putting this up. Bay County in Florida (Panama City) allowed about 150 people to vote by email in the Midterms. The residents scanned their filled in ballots and emailed them into the Elections office.

This is in violation of Florida law which does NOT allow email voting. Gillum is lviid as the panhandle is traditionally R.
