I think the enemy failed an important test at the midterms. They cannot be trusted to follow any rules or honor any agreements.
I expect the plan is now being adjusted to affect their destruction.
I'd be a lot more comfortable if I knew, for sure, that our guys were prepared to go all the way to "the unthinkable" to get this done.
