This is the one thing that doesn't make sense to me regarding Q.
I understand that everything has to be done legally but I don't understand why the people that are responsible for burning Cali aren't taken out immediately. Fucking kill them. How is that illegal? Why are they standing down. I know there's a plan but this makes no sense whatsoever.
