State: Commit murder and 10yrs after completion of sentence person can get a COR (Certificate of Rehabilitation). Restoring all Constitutional Rights (ie: Voting & Gun rights)
Federal: Cheat on your taxes or bring Marijuana in a Federal Park and you loose all Voting and Gun rights FOREVER. Only way to restore them is extremely rare presidential pardon! WTF
So when MS-13 or ISIS comes to rape and murder your child (under Federal scenario) you can fight them off with a paintball gun and pepper spray.
Want to neutralize Anons FOREVER? Just convict them en masse of some petty Federal crime = lose constitutional rights with NO Certificate of Rehabilitation option.
