I don't even think those are really the biggest victims… it's the youtubers, bloggers and twitter celebs that spread it out to regular people offline that started to believe in it… it's the ordinary folks showing up in shirts and shit. Those people are the biggest victims. That outreach to them really did some major major damage both politically and to people's mental well-being.
