Chris Cox of Bikers for Trump had a lawyer submit a letter containing evidence of ballot tampering in Broward County to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi.

Cox exclusively told The Gateway Pundit that if they do not receive a satisfactory response in a reasonable amount of time he is willing to file a lawsuit.

According to the letter sent by Cox’s lawyer Derek A. Schwartz, while outside the Broward Supervisor of Elections main office, Cox and other members of Bikers for Trump learned of twelve colored plastic zip tie tags that were each stamped with a seven digit serial code.

“The tags were discovered by other citizens on the ground near the loading dock area outside the BSOE building,” the letter explains. He then went on to provide the serial numbers and the color of the tags.

“It is my client’s understanding and belief that these tags may have been used by the BSOE to secure and seal ballot boxes and/or bags on the night of the election prior to transporting the ballots to the BSOE office. Based on where these tags were found, my client believes these tags were likely illegally removed from the ballot boxes and bags prior to being delivered to the BSOE’s office,” the letter continues.

Schwartz goes on to state that “if these tags were used to seal ballot boxes and bags and improperly removed, then the chain of custody of the ballots in the boxes and bags was broken and the ballots were subject to tampering and manipulation.”

It goes on to request that Bondi’s office immediately determine if any of the tags were used to secure ballot containers, that they find out who removed them, as well as who authorized the removal. The letter additionally requests information about how many ballots were related to the tags, what the serial numbers correspond with and which polling locations they came from.

“My client believes that each ballot box or bag can hold up to 2,500 ballots. Based on having 15 tags, that could mean that approximately 37,500 ballots have been tampered with,” the letter states.

Cox told The Gateway Pundit that they are attempting to go through the proper channels to get answers and hopes not to have to resort to a lawsuit.

Palm Beach County's Voting Machines Overheat, Forcing Another Recount Of 175,000 Votess

As Democratic attorneys push to allow Florida counties "as much time as they need" to finish a machine recount that threatens to switch the outcomes for the state's gubernatorial and senate races from the Republican to the Democratic column (a recount is also being held for the state's Agricultural Commissioner position), ballot counting machines in problem-plagued Palm Beach have broken down, forcing the county to restart its recount of 175,000 ballots, according to the Miami Herald.

This latest setback means the county likely won't meet a Thursday afternoon deadline to finish the recount, and its election officials, including Elections Supervisor Susan Bucher, are scrambling to request more time after losing a whole day's worth of work. Bucher has insisted that employees are working "24-7" to ensure that the ballots are counted accurately. Even before the breakdown of the machines, Bucher had maintained that she didn't think the county could meet the Thursday deadline, though she had struggled to find an excuse to justify an extension. Yet, as fate would have it, one has apparently arrived.

The department has flown in mechanics to repair the machines.

"We’re disappointed by the mechanical problems that are going to cause a further delay in the recount," Bucher told reporters. "It became evident through the vigorous pace of counting that the machines used for the recount were starting to get stressed."

The malfunctions resulted in the loss of more than a day’s work.

Bucher said on Monday that her office wouldn’t be able to meet the 3 p.m. Thursday deadline imposed by the state. On Saturday, state election officials said Florida’s 67 counties had to recount the more than 8 million ballots cast statewide because the results in three major elections — U.S. Senate, governor and agriculture commissioner — were under the 0.5 percentage point threshold that triggers the mandatory recount, according to state law.

However, in what could be a setback for Democrats hoping to take the vote by "any means necessary," lawyers representing Florida's secretary of state successfully moved a case demanding a deadline extension to federal court before a Florida district court judge could issue a five-day extension.

If the recount totals aren't submitted by the deadline, the county will have no choice but to submit its original vote totals, meaning that any Democratic gains from the reams of "mystery" ballots that suddenly appeared out of nowhere out of election day.

Brexit Withdrawal Agreement Published: Here Are The Highlights

The much anticipated Brexit Withdrawal Agreement has finally been published and can be found at the following link.

Coming in at 585 pages, the draft agreement will be closely scrutinized over the coming days but here are some of the highlights:

UK and EU to use the best endeavours to supersede Ireland protocol by 2020

UK can request extension of the transition period any time before July 1st, 2020

EU, UK See Level-Playing Field Measures in Future Relationship

Transition period may be extended once up to date yet to be specified in the text

EU and UK shall establish single customs territory and Northern Ireland is in same customs territory as Great Britain

The future relationship document is less than seven pages long. It says the U.K. and EU are seeking a free-trade area with cooperation on customs and rules: "Comprehensive arrangements creating a free trade area combining deep regulatory and customs cooperation, underpinned by provisions ensuring a level playing field for open and fair competition."

The wording might raise concerns among Brexiters who don’t want regulatory cooperation and the measures on fair competition could amount to shackling the U.K. to EU rules.

As Bloomberg's Emma Ross-Thomas writes, "There's a clear sense in the documents that we're heading for a customs union in all but name. Firstly via the Irish backstop, and then via the future relationship."

Separately, a government summary of the draft agreement suggests role for parliament in deciding whether to extend the transition or to move in to the backstop.

But perhaps most importantly, regarding the controversial issue of the Irish border, the future relationship document says both sides aim to replace the so-called backstop - the thorniest issue in the negotiations - with a "subsequent agreement that establishes alternative arrangements for ensuring the absence of a hard border on the island of Ireland on a permanent footing."

On this topic, recall that the U.K.'s fear was of being locked into the backstop arrangement indefinitely in the absence of a broader trade deal. The draft agreement includes a review process to try to give reassurance that the backstop would never be needed. Basically, the U.K. could choose to seek an extension to the transition period - where rules stay the same as they are currently - or opt to trigger the backstop conditions. In fact, as Bloomberg notes, the word "backstop," which has been a sticking point over the Irish border for weeks, is mentioned only once in the text.

As Bloomberg further adds, the withdrawal agreement makes clear that the U.K. will remain in a single customs area with the EU until there's a solution reached on the Irish border. It's what Brexiteers hate, because it makes it more difficult for the U.K. to sign its own free-trade deals, which they regard as a key prize of Brexit.

Predictably, EU Commission President Juncker said decisive progress has been made in negotiations:
