Malibu Fire Update
Malibu residents complained after hearing lots of words, but no answers, from multiple agencies as to when they could go home. [gathering evidence?]
Residents also complained about what they perceived as an inadequate initial response at the outset of the fire.
FD states that they were responding primarily to 911 calls from people being trapped and protected life above property. Does not explain why very few firefighters were visible on Friday.
There is also the question regarding the decision by Pepperdine University President to shelter 3,000 students in place and what amount of FD resources were used. Pepperdine's vice president of administration said "That didn’t happen. There weren’t any additional resources put on Pepperdine because we were sheltering in-place."

Did (((they))) know it wouldn't burn?
FD also claims that the fire was fiercest and fastest moving they have ever seen. Residents reported fire tornadoes, also unlike anything they had ever seen.
